There are many sites available to help out Wooters, especially during WootOffs. Many of us use Woot trackers to help take the load off of Woot's servers. The trackers update themselves every few seconds, so you don't have to keep refreshing your own browser. You can download a piece of software to do this for you, or you can simply use one of the many web-based trackers.

I currently prefer the FireFox Woot-tracking add in (you can alter the settings as you like) and mywoot.net, but to each his own. Many Wooters like the Wootalyzer (software application) as well.
